A flexible community space for meetings, workshops, groups, celebrations and activities. Normally home to imaginative play sessions, it can be adapted for suitable events, with play equipment stored away. A café offers hot and cold drinks and food.
A smaller room for one-to-one conversations and small group meetings.
A flexible shared workspace with multiple desks, suitable for meetings, co-working, workshops and small group activities.
A smaller flexible room for one-to-one meetings, small groups and shared desk working. It can also be used for wellbeing or exercise alongside Broomhill Climbing Works.
Each room has a flexible tables-and-chairs layout agreed for your booking. Capacity depends on your layout and activity. Measurements are being verified; please ask if dimensions affect your plans.
Main room
A bright, flexible room for meetings, workshops, community groups, celebrations and activity sessions.
Kitchen use is discussed and agreed when finalising your booking, depending on your event and catering requirements.
Broomhill Climbing Works operates on site. Groups can enquire about exclusive use or climbing alongside regular customers, with or without an instructor. A member of climbing staff must be present whenever the facilities are in use.
Full-day exclusive estimates include front-desk staffing, climbing shoes and registration. Coaching is an additional cost. The team will confirm the final price and arrangements for your event.
Standard group options include exclusive Saturday evening sessions from 8–10pm, or sessions during normal opening hours. Groups normally require at least 10 participants. The climbing area holds a maximum of 27 people, including those supervising children and, during non-exclusive hire, other customers.
Contact Stephen to discuss your group’s ages, experience and instructor needs. The climbing team must confirm supervision requirements and any arrangements for continuing to climb after a coached session.
